Weber River Ranch, Utah

New Construction (2019)

            The goal for this new build was to create a home that resembled a barn and fit with in the setting along the Weber River. 

            To achieve this we incorporated Equestrian Stalls within a portion of the lower level to help enhance the look of the barn.  We oriented the layout of the home to give the expansive views to the entertaining rooms and place the master suite on the lower level to take in the tranquility and privacy along the river face. 

            The design is complete on this project and the engineering is underway.  The goal is to begin construction yet this year.
