Sugar House Renovation

Salt Lake City - Sugar House Residence Renovation (2016)

                        The goal for this addition/renovation was to expand the kitchen area, create a master suite, and preserve the time-era finishes of the existing home all while keeping within the clients budget.

            To achieve these goals we approached our solution to work within the existing footprint.  This allowed us to meet the budgetary constraints of this project.  We found our solution by consuming some non-functional spaces which allowed us to repurpose this area for the desires and needs of the client.

            In the end, the client received the home renovation of their dreams within budget.
